ZVYRO currently sells and delivers products only within India.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law.

If you are a minor, you should use our Services only under the supervision and with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, where applicable.

To access certain features or purchase products, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, mobile number, billing information, payment information, and shipping information.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must not transfer, sell, assign, or permit unauthorized use of your account.

However, colours, shades, graphics, prints, textures, or the appearance of products may differ slightly from what appears on your screen due to device display settings, screen brightness, photography, lighting, and reasonable manufacturing variations.

Product measurements may also have minor variations due to the manufacturing process.

Once an order has been processed, packed, handed over to a courier partner, or shipped, we may be unable to accommodate a cancellation request.

Purchases are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – INDIA-ONLY ORDERS

ZVYRO currently accepts orders for delivery within India only.

International shipping is currently not available.

Customers must provide a valid and serviceable Indian delivery location and PIN code.

Delivery availability, Cash on Delivery (COD), reverse pickup, and other logistics services may vary depending on the customer's PIN code and courier availability.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices displayed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when you place your order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method selected for your purchase.

SECTION 6 – PAYMENTS

Depending on availability, we may accept payment methods including:

  • UPI

  • Debit cards

  • Credit cards

  • Net banking

  • Supported wallets

  • Other supported online payment methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment service providers.

ZVYRO may refuse or cancel transactions that cannot be verified or are reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

SECTION 7 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and selected serviceable PIN codes.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value, products ordered, courier availability, and applicable risk checks.

We may restrict COD for customers with repeated refused, fraudulent, or undelivered COD orders where reasonably necessary.

For eligible COD returns, refunds will be processed through UPI or bank transfer in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Cash refunds will not be provided for COD returns.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We make reasonable efforts to process, dispatch, and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated through our store.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, high order volumes, operational disruptions, or natural events.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may not be the responsibility of ZVYRO, subject to applicable law.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect information, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment, where permitted and communicated in advance.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Eligible products may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Returned products generally must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with original tags attached and appropriate original packaging.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, body odour, makeup, alteration, customer-caused damage, or removed/damaged tags may not qualify for return or exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 10 – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, WRONG OR MISSING PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect their package and products immediately after delivery.

Claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

A clear and continuous unboxing video may be required for verification.

The video should clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, opening of the package, products received, and the issue being claimed.

After verification, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable Indian law.

SECTION 11 – REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed to the customer's provided UPI ID or bank account.

Approved refunds will generally be processed by ZVYRO within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

Banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or payment service providers may require additional time to reflect a processed refund.

SECTION 12 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools, features, or services offered by third parties.

We may not monitor or control all such third-party tools.

Your use of third-party tools may be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

We may introduce new features, services, tools, or resources through our website in the future. Such features will form part of the Services and may be subject to these Terms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services.

ZVYRO does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 14 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

ZVYRO is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and ZVYRO.

Shopify provides the platform technology and is not the seller of ZVYRO products.

Use of Shopify-related functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy practices.
